Return/Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping a boutique by Rachel Clark! If you aren’t happy with your item(s) we’d love to fix it!

1. Please ensure you’ve read & understand the following policies.
2. Complete the “Return Request Form” below.
3. Send back the qualifying return(s).
4. We'll reach out when your return has been received & processed.

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned to the boutique:  Holiday Items, Makeup/Lashes, Accessories including Jewelry, Bralettes, Sunglasses, Hats, Gloves, and Scarves. Items discounted more than 25% off, including but not limited to, “End of Season” and orders with coupons used.

All returned items must still have the ORIGINAL TAGS on them. Returned merchandise must be UNWORN and UNWASHED. Items that appear worn, have stains, or smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, pet hairs or odors, etc. will not be accepted. If an item has been worn once, it will not qualify for a return.

Merchandise may be returned for a boutique credit only, within 5 days from the delivery date. The store credit will be applied for the amount paid for the product. Credits will only be applied for the item(s), not for any shipping and handling charges. We will also remove the actual cost of shipping from your store credit code. (e.g. You purchase a $28 dress and pay $2 for shipping. It actually costs $4 to ship it. If you return the item, you would receive a $26 store credit to cover the lost shipping costs.)

When making a return, please include the Return Form stating the reason for return, along with your name and e-mail address, to ensure a credit has been applied to the correct account.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number for your reference. Please allow 3-4 business days for our boutique to receive your return, and 1-2 business days for us to process your credit. If approved for a return, a credit will be applied to your customer account as soon as your return has been processed. You will receive confirmation that your return has been received, accepted, processed and your credit has been applied.

If you send back an item that does not qualify for a return or we receive a package back from the shipping carrier due to the address provided being undeliverable, then you will be responsible to e-mail and pay the return shipping charge. We will hold non-returnable merchandise or packages returned by the shipping carrier for 14 days. After 14 days, the items will be donated to charity.

Order Cancellation
If you opt to cancel an order prior to the shipping of your goods an 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund to cover all processing fees. 


If you receive an item and it’s too large or small and you’d like another size, we recommend purchasing the correct size of the desired item, and then shipping back the return product so that you do not miss out on the item. Account credits will not be initiated until we’ve received & processed the returns.

Defects or Problems With Your Order?
If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact us at within 5 DAYS of receipt of items, to inform us of the issue. We are more than happy to look at each situation individually and offer exchanges or credits as needed, but you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your item. If we are not notified within 5 days of receiving the item, then it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage / defect with your email.

We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.

*Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor / outdoor lighting, and computer monitor / phone resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.
