We have partnered with Redo to provide customers a seamless return experience. With Redo Returns, customers can start a return or exchange anytime with automatic labels and exchange processing.
Redo Coverage provides Free Unlimited Returns for Store Credit, Exchange, or Refunds on your order for only $0.98. If you opt for a Refund over Store Credit or Exchange there is a 10% fee charged to help offset the processing fees for both your original transaction and refund transaction. You can initiate a return/exchange through our returns portal.
If you decide to opt out of Redo Coverage you can still initiate a return/exchange through our returns portal. The shipping label fee for returns without Redo Coverage will be your responsibility to pay for.
Returns
All returned items must still have the ORIGINAL TAGS attached. Returned merchandise must be UNWORN and UNWASHED. Items that appear worn, have stains, or smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, pet hairs or odors, etc. will not be accepted. If an item has been worn once, it will not qualify for a return. If you are returning shoes they must be sent back in their original packaging. If the box comes back damaged and unusable then you will be held responsible for a fee of $3 for the cost of a replacement box.
Merchandise may be returned when a return is initiated within 14 days from the delivery date. The returned items value will be reflective of the amount paid for the product, less any discounts, rewards, ect. If Style Stash was redeemed towards a returned item those points are not refunded and you will be credited for only the amount paid for the item. Refunds/credits will only be applied for the item(s), not for any shipping and handling charges.
If you send back an item that does not qualify for a return or we receive a package back from the shipping carrier due to the address provided being undeliverable, then you will be responsible to e-mail Info@ShopRachelClark.com and pay the return shipping charge. We will hold non-returnable merchandise or packages returned by the shipping carrier for 14 days. After 14 days, the items will be donated to charity.
The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned to the boutique: Holiday Items, Makeup/Lashes, Accessories including Jewelry, Bralettes, Sunglasses, Hats, Gloves, and Scarves. Items discounted 25% or more. (Not limited to, but often Last Chance/Final Sale items end in $0.99.)
Order Cancellation
If you opt to cancel an order prior to the shipping of your goods a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund to cover all processing fees.
Defective Items
We strive to sell quality products and hope that you never receive something defective, however, every now and again there are defects or damages that we don't catch prior to shipping. If this ever happens please know how sorry we are! In this case please continue with the return process and indicate that your item was defective as prompted. A photo of the defect will be required.
We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.
*Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor / outdoor lighting, and computer monitor / phone resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects and the buyer will be responsible to pay return shipping.
*We do our best to help with sizing advise through messages and Sizing videos, however without having everyone's body here we are unable to 100% guarantee an item will fit based off of our communications and advise, which is our personal opinion.
You have the option to not purchase our Free Return product at checkout. If you do not opt to purchase this then you will be responsible for the return shipping fee. You have the choice to use a label that we provide to you but the cost will need to be paid to continue with the return, or you can use your own shipping label.
