I have a thing for flowers and ruffles. This is super pretty, but I really don't like it on me. My shoulders are narrow and I feel like this gives the "trying to wear her mom's shirt" vibe because the shoulders are wider than mine. This looks beautiful on my adult daughter though, and she has wider shoulders
This blouse is all things feminine. The tie at the neck looks great open or loosely tied. I wore the blouse with a pair of Judy Blue Jeans. Runs tts.
