Beautiful dress-Runs small

I always order the same size as Rachel and assumed this was a small. Oops! I should’ve watched the entire review and checked the size chart. I am 6/8 and 36C bust and can wear the small with a padded bra but it does not have much wiggle room in the smocked area. The skirt is just fine and plenty of room. I don’t want to try to return or exchange at this point because it works fine and am still on weight loss journey and working to lose some inches. A medium would probably be better in the bust.
