I so wanted to love this dress, as I love all my other Ampersand items, but I was a bit disappointed in this one. I feel like this dress probably runs tts (I am usually a small - in most sweatshirts and wear the 9/28 in their jeans), but sized up to a medium based on the recommendations (I do have the Ampersand Better Than Basic dresses in both a small - more body hugging - and a couple of mediums - which fit great!). However, this fit was much too big - especially in the bust area (I usually wear a size 6/8 in dresses and am a 36 B for reference.). Unfortunately, I purchased this during a promotion, so no exchanges this time. I will just have to find someone to gift it to!

I love this brand. This dress is a good weight. Not see-through. love the color and the fit. Also I'm planning on wearing it in the fall with jean jacket.
