I decided to size up and go with the L as I am a 34 DDD. The adjustable straps are very nice so you have more of a lift look.
I love the colors , the padding in the bra, and the adjustable straps. I did size up one from a M to a L because I was concerned with the elastic being too snug. Even with sizing up, this top was just a bit too snug in my rib cage area sadly, so I had to return it. I feel like if the elastic was not as thick and had a bit more give to it this would have been perfect. For reference I am a 34C and normally wear a M in swim tops.
