Easy to dress up or down bc of ruffles on sleeves so so cute

Like others, it is shorter then I expected, however i took a printed tank and layered underneath and got a ton of compliments - The ruffles are just the right amount of added cuteness

I wanted to love the shirt because I’m kind of a ruffle girl. Good quality material and very comfortable but for 3X it seemed a little snug and definitely a little too short. Does not cover a belly whatsoever. Also, wasn’t sure how the ruffles would lay after being washed but when I traded on the stock straight out and did not look like the picture. 😕
