The picture and description says "khaki". However, these shoes are an army green. It was a great buy, they are comfortable, but the color is upsetting. Since it says that they are final sale and non returnable, I'm going to have to make the best of it. I'm hoping fabric paint will cover the army green to an actual khaki color.

Hi Renee! I am sorry you are disappointed with the color. The history behind them being called khaki is because Very G shoes is founded and owned by veterans. They call their military greens “khaki”, hence the reason for this shoe color being called khaki. I do agree that they are an Army Green, but I do think the pictures on our site reflect their actual color. If you truly are unsatisfied I will gladly make a one time return exception on them. Very G stands for VERY GREAT! These shoes are SO comfortable and stylish! As a teacher, I am on my feet all day long and Very G’s are a must! They have great cushion, and my feet never hurt! I have purchased many different pairs in this brand, and I love them all! You will not be disappointed!

As all of the other Very G wedges, this Shirley Wedge is extremely comfortable. The padded footbed is so comfortable and the minimal elevation between the toe and heel make it extremely easy to walk in them with stability. The straps are much softer than they look and comfortable on the foot. The Khaki color is closer to me an army green Khaki rather than a brown. My TTS was a perfect fit.
