I'm not usually a blouse person nor a peplum person but the last few things I've gotten have converted me. This is so dang flattering, pulling in at the smallest part of me. The back is such a fun detail. The color is gorgeous. I stayed true to size large as a 12/14 in this and like the fit. Now I carry my weight in my chest/shoulders so if you are larger in the middle you may want to size up one as you don't want to over stretch the elastic.
